CONTRACT LEGAL SENIOR STAFF (Spv)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law with GPA min 2,75
- Minimum 3 years experience in same position/type of job
- Male/female, max: 35 years old
- Having solid experiences in contract management with buyer, good negotiation and familiar with overall tender procedures, also having knowledge of merger & acquisition.
- Understanding of relevant Indonesia Government regulations related these areas: Legal matters, export import legal, Forestry, ESDM, etc
- Familiar to handle agreement drafting(legal documents) contract, Contract review, Legal documentation , provide legal opinions
- Accustomed to working with deadlines target, work with team and high motivation, discipline, and dynamic with good attitude/personality
- Assist to Legal External relations Manager in preparing and review contract documents
- Coordination with Notaries that back up agreement contract if required
- Having good skills time management, detail, systematical to ensure work finished.
- Excellent English communications skills (oral and writing)
- Understand Computer literature (Microsoft office) must be
