1. Topside Superintendent

Basic/Required Qualifications

• 10 years experience in capital project construction in the petroleum industry primarily in the area of site construction, fabrication, or installation, though other industry major industrial construction experience may qualify.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

a. Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent training or education.
b. Team player with proven management and staff leadership skills.
c. Working knowledge of all relevant engineering & construction codes and standards.
d. Demonstrated ability for development of reports for and presentations to management.
e. Open to and available for relocation.


2. Mechanical Piping Construction Supervisor

a. 6+ experience in oil and gas industry.
b. Mechanical Piping Installation / supervisory experience.
c. Brownfield experience required.


3. Site Planner / Planner

a. Bachelor Degree in Engineering with min 8 years of experience.
b. Computer Skill: computerized planning packages in particular, Primavera. Other software package such as MS Project and knowledge of other software packages are advantageous.
c. Strong leadership to coordinate project team work both company and contractors.


4. Civil Structural Construction Supervisor

a. 6+ experience in oil and gas industry.
b. Civil installation experience required.
c. Brownfield experience required.



5. Cost Estimator

a. Familiarity with cost control data bases; such as JobPROMS, MS-ACCESS, FoxPro, etc. Experience with SAP is highly desirable but not mandatory. However, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to work with this complex information system and must gain complete proficiency.
b. Expertise with common and most up to date spreadsheet applications such EXCEL, and know how to transfer data between various information applications. Incumbent must be able to demonstrate the expertise to work with functions, macros, pivot table, and MS EXCEL data management features.
c. High degree of experience with using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Standard Codes of Account (SCOA).
d. Able to read, understand and interpret engineering specifications, drawings and other engineering information for the benefit of project cost estimating. Familiarity with engineering standard Codes of Specification is a must.
e. Expertise with planning and scheduling software such as Primavera and MS Project.
f. Experience with reconciling VOWD estimates with commitments and actual costs plus accruals.
g. Min. 10 years experience with high degree of experience in routine cost estimating methods such as quantity surveying, MTO summaries, unit costing, factoring, contingency allotment, total cost validation by benchmarking against historical data.


6. Interface Coordinator (#8)

a. Candidate for this position require a recognized degree or qquivalent qualification in engineering or related diciplin i.e chemical, mechanical, petrochemical, petroleum engineering.
b. Minimum 10 years (preferably 15 years+ experience in the oil/gas (offshore and onshore) or gas/petroleum/petrochemicals industry.
c. Strong technical and project related background, with ability to contribute and plan/coordinate across a wide range of engineering and operations discipline/groups (both enineering and commercial).
d. Ability to effectively communicate, motivate and follow issues through from concept to implementation, completion and close out.
e. Commitment to company core values, HSE and quality philosophies.
f. Previous experience working and living in 1 SE asia region, preferably Indonesia and ensure knowledge is passed on and rateained within Indonesia.
g. This position requires welll developed interpersonal skills and the ability to perform under high stress situations. Excellent English Language, written and oralm communication skills is essential.
h. The candidate should be capable of leading and working directly and productively with a culturally diverse team and have working experience with majors International Contractors.


7. Pipeline Superintendent (#11)

a. COPI Project Representative on the barge reporting to the Lead Construction and Commissioning Engineer in Jakarta.
b. Responsible for supervision and management of the project team offshore on the DLB (HSE, Quality, Field Engineering, etc) in the execution of the Contract.
c. Responsible for assuring the DLB Contractor properly executes the Pipeline Installation Contract to the schedule and commercial agreement.
d. COPI Representative on the DLB to assure HSE compliance and the work is safely executed.


8. Cost Controller

a. Perform cost control activities such the project management reports reasonably reflect reality.
b. Monitor all cost activities (commitments, expenditures, VOWP) assessing and evaluating the ongoing and final financial status of the Project.
c. Identify and report trends in the project financial performance.
d. Track actual costs against the respective AFEs via the work breakdown structure.
e. Be a key user for the SAP cost control database.
f. Have 8 years above experience.


9. Installation Supervisor

Purpose:

To supervise offshore pipeline, flowline and riser, umbilical and subsea systems installation.
Activities, monitoring contractor performance, assuring the application of all the relevant.
HSEQ and QA procedures, and providing technical support as required.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Timeliness and accuracy of installation control information provided, including: cost control information, executed works compliance to project technical specifications, work progress certification.
• Monitoring installation activities controlling that their execution is in line with project plans and highlighting any possible deviations suggesting possible solutions.
• Verifying installation works compliance with project specifications, company procedures.
• Preparation of daily installation reports.
• Contractors daily progress report review and acceptance.
• Managing supervision team verifying that all the installation activities are performed according to specifications.
• Interfacing with the installation contractor during offshore operations.
• Verify the compliance of installation activities with the relevant HSEQ regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• The job holder must have Structure/Civil/Mechanical engineering degree.
• Experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company for installation offshore activities.
• Not less than 10 years of working experience in oil & gas industry.
• Not less than 5 years of experience of working for offshore installation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• The job holder must have Engineering degree (Mechanical and Instrumentation Engineer).
• Experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company for X-tree & Workover .System.
• Not less than 7 years of working experience in oil & gas industry in Subsea Project.
• Not less than 5 years of experience of working with contractors and supervising the contractors.
• At least 2 similar activities (subsea EPC Project follow-up).


10. E&I Supervisor

Purpose:


FEED Stage
• To support Company WP Leader and Project Manager in managing and supervising.
• FEED Contract Management Team (s) relevant to the Pipeline & RFI work package:
• Ensuring proper liaison through timely, effective and complete flow of information between Company and FEED Contractor;
• Monitoring alignment of FEED Contractor with contractual terms, conditions and
• Company s requirements;
• Monitoring FEED execution and ensure all deliverable list as requested in contractual is prepared follow the company standard and applicable standard and code;
• At FEED completion and before starting the Execution the role will be converted into E & I Supervisor.

EPCI Stage

• To review and approve the specification, design and supply (by contractors) of electrical & instrumentation equipment and systems in subsea production facilities, ensuring that it meets project objectives, industry standards and best practice for safety, reliability and cost;
• To assist the COMPANY Development Team during the Tender phase for the technical clarifications and evaluation with Bidders;
• To review the specification, design and supply (performed by Contractor) of the distribution and control System, ensuring that Project objectives, industry standards and best practices for safety, reliability and cost are met;
• To learn and became confident with all COMPANY standards and Project Specification in order to verify Contractor compliance;

Qualifications & Experience:

• The job holder must have Engineering degree (Electrical/Physic engineering).
• Not less than 7 years of working experience in oil & gas industry.
• Not less than 5 years of experience of working with electrical and instrumentation.

Required Competencies:

The job holder must have proven:
Good knowledge and understanding of the electrical & Instrumentation for subsea development such as:
o Construction & Installation: FAT Testing, Integration Testing, Installation, Offshore Installation. Supervision, Subsea Control system knowledge, Inspection, control and testing techniques.
o Production System Design: Production System Design, Subsea R&D, Deep Water R&D, Life cycle design, Production system engineering.
• Good abilities to read, understand, interpret and write reports and documentation.
• Good communication skills at all levels.
• Experience of working in multi-national environment.
