PT Multi Prima Universal, a subsidiary of PT. United Tractors Tbk and PT. Pama Persada Nusantara, is a company that deals with mining contracting, brand new heavy equipment rental and used heavy equipment retail. We are now seeking qualified and highly motivated candidates to join us as:
1. Administration (Adm)
• Diploma (D3) degree in major of Accounting, Business Administration, Tax.
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Willing to be assigned in Kalimantan Remote Area
2. Legal (LGL)
• Bachelor Degree in Law major form reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years experience in same position.
• Preferable have experiences in mining industries.
• Willing to travel all around Indonesia.
3. Instructor Operator (IO)
• 5-10 years experience as operator of heavy equipment or 2 years experience in same position.
• Preferable have experiences in mining industries and with Komatsu Brand.
• Willing to be located at Kalimantan area.
4. Kabag Production and Engineering
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer/Civil Engineer.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in coal operation project.
• Minimum 1 year in Project Manager position.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Preferably held a "POU"/"POM" Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Willing to travel all around Indonesia.
5. Project Manager (PM)
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years experience in the operation of open cut mining.
• Minimum 5 years in mine engineering / mine planning.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Preferably held a POM Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Willing to be located at Kalimantan area.
6. Engineering Sect. Head (E-SH)
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in the same position mining environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Preferably held a POP Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Comprehensive knowledge in mining software: Minescape, Xpac, etc.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Willing to be located at Kalimantan area.
7. Production Sect. Head (Prod-SH)
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in the same position mining production section.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Preferably held a POP Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Comprehensive knowledge in mining software: Minescape, Xpac, etc.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Willing to be located at Kalimantan area.
8. KABAG Plant
• Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in heavy equipment industry.
• Experience in maintenance task identification, planning, scheduling, allocation and have completion for mining equipment.
• Having knowledge in heavy equipment technical and operation, fluid, and oil analysis.
• Willing to be located at Kalimantan area.
9. Supply Management Sect. Head (SM-SH)
• Minimum Diploma degree in Industrial / Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in purchasing field from mining company.
• Hand on experience in analyzing and solving machine-related problems and needs.
• Ability to perform in time – pressures and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge about heavy equipment spare parts and their substitutions.
• Willing to be assigned in site: Kalimantan.
GENERAL QUALIFICATION
• Max, 45 years old
• Excellent in computer skills especially MS. Office
• Strong leadership profile, having a high negotiation and analytical skil
• Highly attentive to details ability to multi-task and problem solving
• Self-motivated and result-oriented;
• Good conceptual and analytical thinking
• Able to work under pressure
• Having good negotiation, leadership skill, problem solving
