SUPERVISOR FPU CONSTRUCTION
(Jakarta Base)
Responsibilities:
To lead project construction activities related to the FPU’s connection between facilities and/or to buyer to ensure the activities run safe and in accordance with set planning.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering or another related engineering background.
• 10 years of experience in relevant field, particularly FPU project and construction management in Oil and Gas Industry.
• Has knowledge in Oil and Gas FPU construction.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, dynamic team player, integrity, initiative, ability to work under pressure; smart/hard worker; sense of responsibility and HSE concern.
• Has held a supervisory/structural role.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
SUPERINTENDENT MARINE
Responsibilities:
• Prepare future production in all fields by designing processes and standard operating procedures related to marine operations.
• Support the development of the fields from a marine perspective.
• In line with company and regulatory requirements, to ensure alignment between field development and production processes.
• Optimize the efficiency of marine operations during production (start-up).
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Naval Engineering or graduated from Marine Academy with degree MPB / ANT II.
• 6 – 8 years working with Tandem Tanker configuration in Oil and Gas industry, with gradually increasing responsibilities in managing functions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mooring Master in foreign going tanker.
• Possess valid pilot certificate (for mooring master).
• Knowledge and Skill in Mooring Master, STCW95 (Standard of Training, Certification and Watch keeping) and Tanker Safety.
• Technical Oil and Gas knowledge.
• Has held a supervisory/structural role.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Job holder may be requires to travel to sites.
SUPERINTENDENT WELL HEAD PLATFORM
Responsibilities:
• Prepare future production in Well Head Platform
• Support development of the fields from a productions perspective
• Ensure the alignment between field development and production processes
• Responsible for operation and maintenance activity of WHP during operations stage and ensure HSE-MS implementation
• Assist BD OIM to perform good communication & coordination with FPSO and GMS
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring in Electrical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physical Engineering, or other related Engineering disciplines.
• 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
• 5 years Experience in Offshore Production Operation & Maintenance or Gas Processing Plant.
• Preferrable with Electrical Background.
• Proficient knowledge in managerial and communication skill.
• Has supervisory experience (lead subordinates)
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Job holder may be requires to travel to sites.
HEAD OF FACILITIES
Responsibilities:
Coordinates and controls activities of technical team which include offshore and onshore facilities in assisting the Project Manager in making accurate judgment and decision to ensure facilities completed in safe, environmental friendly, high quality manner, and within budget and schedule.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument/Chemical/Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in technical and construction management in project in oil & gas industry.
• Possesses experience in engineering and field operations which also include project management, facilities training and engineering practices.
• Experience in gas field is preferable.
• Experience in MOPU or FPSO processing facility is preferable.
• Has a good knowledge in management and communication
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
