• Minimum bachelor degree in statistics/mining engineering /civil engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a mining company with the same position
• Master MS Office (Excel)
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Have ability in plan analysis vs actual production, equipment performance, joint survey, truck count, payload, activity cost
• Understand basic process of mining
• Placement in Sumatra.
(Site Project)
Responsibilities :
Responsible for all aspects of Site Operation, including mine planning, production, budgeting, and cost control to achieve project target
Requirements :
▪ Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer
▪ Male max. 45 years old
▪ Having experienced as Project Manager in coal & mining exploration at least 7 years
▪ Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practice
▪ Strong leadership and team building skills.
▪ Flexible and able to multi-task, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities
▪ Preferable held POM/POU Certification
▪ Strong commitment to safety
