01. SPECIALIST – GENERAL TRAINING
o Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education or other related fields with a minimum of 3 years relevant in training and/ or human resource development.
o Strong facilitation and presentation skills to conduct Leadership and Management Training programs.
o Knowledge of principles and current approaches to General Training and adult education techniques.
o Fluent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
o Excellent relationship management, time management, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
o Sound computer skills in MS Office other popular applications.
02. SPECIALIST - CONTRACT
o Minimum S1 – Mining or Engineering with 2 year experience as Contract Specialist / Contract Engineer if preferable.
o Extensive Knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
o Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
o Having national or international certification in Supply Chain/ Procurement.
o Ability to formulate contract documents and ability to interpret contract documents. Understanding supply chain management and continuous improvement techniques to improve it.
03. COORDINATOR – HSE & PROJECT CONTROL
o S1 with at least 3 years’ experience or D3 with at least 5 years’ experience.
o Working experience for HSE management system and has experience exposing to project management function.
o Strong background in HSE and standard implementation.
o Good interpersonal skills to liaise with personnel at all well from various departments / divisions and contractors.
04. SUPERVISOR – PURCHASING (FPA)
o S1 degree in any related discipline with at least 3 year experience or Diploma 3 with at least 5 year experience.
o Analytical & problem solving skill.
o Knowledge on purchasing, cataloguing, and contract.
o Preferably knowledge on Ellipse system and Corvu operation.
o Knowledge on import regulation and international procurement.
05. SUPERVISOR – PROJECT (MECHANICAL)
o Have good Mechanical Construction design analysis skills and must be able to check design results in at least two different ways, with minimum 3 years’ experience.
o Ability to write clear, concise, relevant reports – usually with detailed recommendations. Ideally these reports should be in English Language.
06. ENGINEER - MINING
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
o Having 2 years’ experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage.
o Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programmers.
o Having experience in using MINEX software.
07. ENGINEER – PROJECT (ELECTRICAL POWER)
o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in electrical engineering of relevant mining/ industry experiences.
o Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering , procurement and construction of fixed plant’s electrical and control systems.
08. ENGINEER – PROJECT (CONTROL & INSTRUMENTATION)
o S1 in Electrical/ Control System Engineering with at least 3 years in electrical/ control system engineering of relevant mining/ industry experiences.
o Possess extensive experiences and proven skills in running service/ operation/ maintenance and production facilities in the mining or industry, preferably involving remote or develop locations.
o Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering, procurement and construction of fixed plant’s electrical and control systems.
o Use experience accumulated in the current or similar roles to demonstrate a capability to think across others.
