We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
• Preferred have relevant degree in formal education.
• Minimum 5 year experience in similar role in construction and mining industry,
• Experience with customer research management databases, relationship mapping, market segmentation and trade-off analysis experience is desirable, general knowledge in one or more of the following areas is desired: mining, construction engineering or oil & gas.
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or ex apprenticeship program with minimum 3 years in heavy equipment maintenance.
• Experience to analyze the reliability of equipment; to optimize component life through the application of health services; to provide equipment health intelligence to the maintenance planner to determine optimal repair / change out intervals in this sort to medium term; to provide equipment health recommendation and follow up recommendation to be action by site plant operation.
• Good in Pareto Analysis and reporting; have a dynamic and forward thinking in order to identify machine condition to prevent failures; have good analytical skills, management skill and maintenance system skills.
• Minimum Senior high school
• Minimum of 3 years experience as Operator Chainsaw and minimum of 1 year experience in Training or previous Supervisory experience required.
• Experienced to delivery & deliver of skills training in the civil jobs is preferred.
• Diploma/ Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 5 year experience in similar role.
• You should have extensive mechanical trade experiences; extensive Plant External Repair & Warranty experiences especially for Caterpillar product; exposure in maintenance management; familiar with component cost repair and quote analysis.
• Experience with analysis & reporting; equipment maintenance background; methods, principles, and technique used in preventive maintenance; manage time and personal productivity.
• Experience to manage the Components external repair at Caterpillar Dealer to ensure the estimated time completion, meet the best quality, and meet the effective cost. PEX component movement; manage Caterpillar component special warranty (extended and Prorate level III) meet the criteria of root cause category and summary the low hour failures to follow them up for the improvement and solution.
• Minimum education in Civil trade qualifications.
• Minimum of 6 years experience the civil trade fields and/or 5 years experience in the field of training and development.
• You should strong communication skills (written & verbal), including good skills in English; Facilitation skills; Presentation Skills; knowledge of training & development process; strong trade competency requirement knowledge.
• Experience in civil works as Supervisor.
General Qualification:
• Good communication skill in English (verbal & written) and Bahasa.
• Highly self-motivated, initiative, team player, and fast adapt.
• Good skill in computer, good in planning & organizing job.
• Interaction internal / external parties, diligent, good team work, loyal& good moral character.
