Chief Procurement
Requirements:
• Male, max 45 years of age, experience in oil & gas projects 5-7 years.
• Bachelor Degree Industrial Engineering
• Can communicate with all parties, especially the field workers
• Can be responsible for the difficult and complex job
• Be needed immediately for a short time placed in the field
Responsibilities:
• Conduct analysis and defining the necessary goods and services of the project in detail and clearly.
• Analysis and classify the types of services for short and long term.
• Develop alternative strategic procurement, among others, the scope of work, grouping types of goods or work packages, the type of contract (lump sum price, fixed unit rate, cost + fee, etc.) and present it to the Director.
• To identify and evaluate the reliability of prospective partners based on the price / unit rate, quality of goods / labor job qualifications, the accuracy of the schedule and financial status
• Carry out technical and commercial clarifications in the joint tender process with the same officers or the request related to the partners as well as documenting them.
• Negotiate the price of the following terms and conditions (terms & condition) are offered with reference to the Owner estimate and the budget of the project (Project Execution Budget), the provisions of the Contract of the Main (Main Agreement), the project specifications and always put the interests of the Company and the document.
