1. Proposal Engineer
• Review new inquiry / tender files
• Request and expedite the required data from Engineering and other related department
• Coordinate with Engineering to prepare technical specification to be issued with RFQ to vendor / sub contractor
• Check all tender submissions, documentation for accuracy with clients requirements
• Determine of deviation and listed in the tender / proposal
• Ensure bid bonds are prepared in time
• Check, review estimate and summarize base cost
Requirement:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Min 5 yr experiences in handling proposal and tender for oil & gas industry
- Good knowledge in estimation, procurement, fabrication, and construction process
- Excellent in English
2. Mechanical Engineer
• Responsible for preparation of all mechanical calculation and ensure all mechanical aspect meet with Client requirement or International Standard
• Check and discuss with other discipline engineer and drafting office to ensure other discipline comment to be incorporated with mechanical design
• Prepare and responsible to produce mechanical data sheet
• Prepare notice at change (NOC) to fabricator via Engineering Manager
Requirement:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 1 year experiences in mechanical design engineer
- Excellent in English
3. Cost Control Engineer
• Coordinate for project proposal
• Established cost estimation and cash flow
• Define and implement with the Project Control / Planner Engineer on the basis of the project budget execution
• Establish and implement the Progress & Performance Measurement and Reporting System (weekly and monthly report)
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Min 3 year experiences in manage cost control for oil & gas projects
- Good operate in MS Office
- Fluent in English both oral and written
4. Planner
• Prepare at outset of project Level 1, 2 and 3 schedules of project & proposal according to update/revise schedule as required by project/proposal
• Monitor progress in coordination with document control and engineering and identify areas of concern and potential late issue
• Monitor progress reports from vendors
• Monitor expediting reports
• Monitor progress reports from construction
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
Requirement:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Min 3 year experiences as Planner and Scheduler in oil & gas projects
- Excellent in using Primavera software
- Fluent in English both oral and written
5. Instrument Drafter Designer
Preparing design of:
• Instrument layout
• Instrument hook up
• Instrument support details
• Instrument inter connection diagram and block diagram
• Instrument loop diagram
• Cable / cable tray layout
• Instrument grounding
• Fire & gas layout and detail
• Cable schedule
• Instrument buck MTO
Requirement:
- Min Senior Technical High School
- Min 5 year experiences in Instrument Design Drafter
- Proven ability in Autocad
6. Receptionist
Requirements:
• Fresh graduate from min D3 English Literature
• Having experiences in handling all the reception and administration
• Good personality and communicative
• Attentive, attractive appearance/voice, polite, friendly and keep secret
• English is a must, and also familiar with MS Office
