In Indonesia, PT Orica Mining Services currently seeks suitable personnel to fill the following position:
1. Finance Analyst (Jakarta Based)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from Finance & Accounting, master degree will be an advantage
• Have minimum 4 years analytical and financial experiences, with experience in managing forecast process
• Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial and contract management, in mining or associated industry is a must
• Have proven outstanding analytical and conceptual skills to identify business and market growth together with excellent sense of details
• Highly driven and creative person, and convenient working both individually and as a team player
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Committed to company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business Ethics
2. Finance Officer (Balikpapan Based)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from Finance & Accounting,
• Have minimum 3 years experiences in inventory and fixed asset management in mining/mining services business
• Minimum of 2 years experience of Oracle, SAP and/ or comparable software, particularly in the areas of inventory, fixed asset ad general ledger modules
• Have the flexibility to travel to our site if required
• Highly driven and creative person, and convenient working both individually and as a team player with demonstrated analytical skills
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
• Balikpapan local candidates will be preferable

3. Field Assets Superintendent (Balikpapan/ Jakarta Based)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or equivalent operations experience
• Minimal 10 years Mechanical experience across multiple disciplines (hydraulics, electrics, process control etc.)
• Having 5 years Supervisor experience in managing more than 25 subordinates
• Good experience in managing remote site in project management, assets management, procurement, logistic and operations
• Effective communication abilities across all levels of the organization, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Have the flexibility to travel to our site if required
• Ability to work effectively across multiple cultures.
