- Lulusan S1 Perminyakan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri ataupun Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang sudah terakreditasi
- IPK minimum 2,7
- Pengalaman minimum 5 tahun sebagai Production Engineer
- Bersedia ditempatkan di lapangan.
