1. Supply Superintendent Location : Sebuku Roster : 31-11 days
Requirements
a. Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree in Business Administration b. Basic technical knowledge from experience in mining/mechanical engineering background c. Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in mining procurement d. SAP inventory management/material management
Main Responsibilities
1. Assess suppliers, make comparison and justification to source and recommend the best supplier to select. 2. Review brand, price and quality of items to be purchased and ensure suppliers meet the specification of the purchase requests and negotiate with suppliers for the best price. 3. Verify purchase request to ensure it is according to bid quotation provided by supplier. 4. Check and verify that purchases entered into the system are correct. 5. Monitor and work with the site team to ensure the amount of fuel delivered is correct (no leakage) and in the event of significant differences, the transporters are charged and fuel management procedure is in compliance. 6. Control stock inventory to ensure inventory that reaches “minimum ordering quantity” are filled to be replenished. 7. Source for contractors, review contract agreement against delivery and raise issues of shortfalls to ensure that contractors fulfill the contract agreement. 8. Motivate, develop and evaluate his/her subordinates in order to ensure they have the knowledge, expertise, behavior and competency which is in accordance with requirement and able to support the achievement of target. 9. Monitor and perform the implementation of HSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation.
2. Safety Management System Superintendent Location : Balikpapan Roster : 5-2 days
Requirements
a. A graduate degree in related subject b. Statistic Capability c. 7 years of experience in Safety d. Having an experience in Mining Industry is preferred e. Have a sound knowledge of mining SHE f. English is a must g. Computer literate h. Analytical thinking
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement annual safety activity plan to ensure safety work plan, budget, and objectives are met. 2. Compare current practice against OSHAS regulation, analyze gaps, and make improvements to ensure safety and health operational system meets or exceeds OSHAS 18001 regulation and obtain certification. 3. Coordinate, facilitate, socialize, and provide advice to dept heads/line managers on the execution of safety and health operational system to ensure OSHAS are met. 4. Monitor, follow up, and review progress of action plan of safety and health inspection program to ensure safety findings are resolved to prevent safety incidents. 5. Coordinate and review the execution of AWAS (Aware Accident Safety) system with assigned leaders to ensure action plan findings is followed through. 6. Establish and skilling of emergency team (Tanggap Darurat Team) and provide emergency equipment to the team to ensure emergency situation are handled properly and effectively. 7. Provide training and counseling (e.g. safety talk) to employees related to K3 to increase safety awareness of employees. 8. Motivate, develop, and evaluate his/her subordinates in order to ensure they have the knowledge, expertise, behavior and competency which is in accordance with requirement and able to support the achievement of target. 9. Monitor and perform the implementation of HSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation.
3. Account Payable Location : Balikpapan & Jakarta Roster : 5-2 days
Requirements
a. Computer literacy, data entry skills and legible writing b. Experience in computerised accounts payable reconciliations c. Ability to work with and reconcile figures d. Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure e. Ability to communicate well with all levels of staff f. Being prepared to perform all aspects of the job, regardless of desirability g. Experience in Accounting software programs especially SAP
Main Responsibilities
1. Process Accounts Payable (vouchering, redistributing and logging) using SAP software and procedures 2. Reconcile supplier statements and invoices in a timely manner and rectify queries and discrepancies if required 3. Remit supplier payments 4. Understand and follow Departmental requirements as directed by the Senior Accounts Payable Officer 5. Prioritise workload 6. Maintain good communications with Suppliers and all staff 7. Liase with sites and suppliers on invoice queries, enabling these queries to be resolved in a timely manner 8. Liase and exchange information with other departments if and when required in a friendly manner 9. Liase with Senior A/P officer on a daily basis with regards to processing information and requirements 10. Maintain the Accounts Payable area in a neat and tidy manner, enabling access of necessary records and information 11. Maintain an appropriate and efficient document/record keeping system
4. Community Government Relation & Land Management Superintendent Location : Sebuku Roster : 31-11 days
Requirements
a. A graduate degree, preferred in law b. 7 year experience in related field c. Have a sound knowledge of land compensation d. Experience in developing community empowerment program e. Have a strong understanding of local government, law and community relation f. English is a must g. Have a sound managerial skill h. Computer literate i. Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
Main Responsibilities
1. Conduct site survey and collect data of land area and land ownership to validate area against map and verify land ownership to prevent overlapping ownership. 2. Plan and control the implementation of land compensation budget, work plan, and strategy to ensure the fulfillment of land/area in supporting company”s operational activities. 3. Conduct survey and gather information on the land price through benchmarking with other purchases made by other companies and local communities to determine standard price for negotiating land acquisition/purchase. 4. Motivate, develop, and evaluate his/her subordinates in order to ensure they have the knowledge, expertise, behavior, and competency which is in accordance with requirement and able to support target achievement. 5. Monitor and perform the implementation of HSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation.
