Legal Council (Duri – Riau)
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review contract agreement for oil and gas, • Identify and minimize risks from legal point of view • Advise management on legal issues and legal documentation drafting • Processing legal corporate documentation • Filling and completion the legal documents • Manage documents and initiative to prevent lack of documents • Reviewing legal information and documents for litigation and others commercial documents • Ensure compliance with Indonesian applicable laws and regulations, policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Min. University Degree(S1) of Law study program from reputable University • Min 5 years experience • Having experience in oil and gas or trading industry would be an advantage. • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. • Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented team player. • Proficient in MS Office • Reliable and initiative with good planning and self management • Able to work under pressure, deadlines and over long hours independently with minimum supervision. • Fluent in English both written and spoken • Full-Time position(s) available.
Inventory and Procurement Manager (Duri – Riau)
Responsibilities:
• Manage overall inventory and procurement activities including customer service (local and export), demand and supply planning, warehousing, distribution and freight management. • Provide strong leadership to management team, identify gaps and devise development plans to close gaps, set and accomplish KPIs, drive productivity, cost and service quality level improvements program. • Lead operations meeting with business functions to identify critical business issues and facilitates discussions and decision making in support of business goals and objectives. • Establish suitable customer-supplier relationship model that best matches the company”s needs. • Drive service level and cost objectives through establishment of good inventory management policies, plans, processes, execution and best practices. • Assist management to review, formulate, implement and monitor good inventory management practices within the group. • Update management on performance of inventory operations, improvement programs and new initiatives through appropriate management reports
Requirements:
• At least a Bachelor degree in economic, management, industrial engineering or any other engineering discipline. • Minimum 8 years of supply chain management experience with strong knowledge in customer service, inventory, warehouse, distribution and freight management. • At least 3 years of managerial experience. • Having oil and gas experience specially in ESP business will be an advantage •Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. • Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented team player. • Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in ERP system. • Fluent in English both written and spoken • Full-Time position(s) available.
