1. FINANCE ADMIN
Responsibility :
- Assist Finance & Accounting Department in administration, filling, correspondence, etc
Requirements :
- Min D3 from Business Administration, or Accounting - Max 28 years old - Min. 2 years experience as Secretary and preferably has experience in oil & gas Industry. - Excellent in English for both conversation & correspondent is a must - Excellent in using MS Office
2. RECEPTIONIST
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate from min D3 English Literature - Having experiences in handling all the reception and administration
- Good personality and communicative - Attentive, attractive appearance/voice, polite, friendly and keep secret. - English is a must, and also familiar with MS Office
