Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
Review Inquiry, prepare proposal/tender, attend pre-bid meeting, open bid meeting,etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering (Petroleum)
- Min. 1-3 years experience as proposal engineer in oil & gas, chemical & petrochemical industry
- Familiar with PTK Nomor 007-Revisi-1/PTK/IX/2009, perhitungan TKDN (Tingkat Komponen dalam Negeri)
- Strong interpesonal & negotiation skill, Able to work individuall and as a team, good presentation skill
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2008 & OHSAS 18001:2007
- Good command of English (oral & written)
