HR AND ADMINT SUPERINTENDENT
Requirements :
• Male / Female, Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum Diploma from related discipline, from Law / Psychology are preferable
• Having know well and understanding of HR function area, Labor Law and Manpower Regulation, People, Development, Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Personnel Administration
• Minimum 8 years experience
• Ready worked in Site ( Lampung )
• Good knowledge and skill in devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric test, and various activities (preferred in Mining Company)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office, Able speak In English both oral & Written
• Able work under pressure
Responsibilities:
• To provide Recruitment for staff and non staff employee process
• Identify training and development opportunities
• Ensure Man Power and other Government compliance by Company
• To Provide employee contract / termination process
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times
• Monitoring Camp and Security Service always based on Contract Requirements and Regulation.
• Identify ,Provide ,Controlling Training and personnel development Program
• The implementation of HR Policies and process as well as support and delivery of HR services at Way Linggo Gold Mine Project
• Ensure all Expat administration Valid
• Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles
