01. ENGINEER - MINING (Code : EM)
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
• Having 2 years experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage.
• Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programmers.
• Having experience in using MINEX software.
• Excellent planning, analytical, organization and problem solving skills together with mechanical aptitude to solve technical difficulties.
02. PLANNER MAINTENANCE (Code : PM)
• Diploma 3 with 5 years experience or S1 in Mechanical Engineering are preferable.
• Have basic Mechanical knowledge of mining or heavy equipment, warehouse and part management system, procurement & KPC maintenance policy manual.
• Have decision making, high motivation & strong leadership.
03. PROJECT ENGINEER ELECTRICAL (Code : EEP)
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in electrical engineering of relevant mining / industry experiences.
• Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering , procurement and construction of fixed plants electrical and control systems.
04. SENIOR SPECIALIST – GENERAL TRAINING (Code: SRGT)
• A bachelors degree in human resources management, education or social sciences, or studies with core concentrations in human resources management or business.
• Considerable experience in the delivery of managerial and leadership subjects (as a trainer for minimum 5 years).
• Have knowledge of adult learning theory, the methods and principles of curriculum and training design, and the best practices for teaching groups and individuals.
•Instructional and facilitation skills.
• Time management, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Ability to formulate learning objectives, to evaluate training effectiveness, and to assess training needs.
• Have the ability to instruct and communicate with organizational personnel regarding training needs for management.
05. SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (Code: SBA)
• Tertiary qualifications (S1 degree) in Accounting, Engineering or a Business discipline
with 5 years relevant work experience in manufacturing, mining or heavy engineering industries, encompassing a broad range of practical financial, production, maintenance, technical and people management issues.
• Strong analytical skills.
06. SPECIALIST CONTRACT (Code :SPC)
• Minimum S1 – Mining or Engineering with 2 year experience as Contract Specialist / Contract Engineer if preferable.
• Extensive Knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Having national or international certification in Supply Chain/ Procurement.
• Ability to formulate contract documents and ability to interpret contract documents. Understanding supply chain management and continuous improvement techniques to improve it.
07. SPECIALIST COAL TECHNOLOGY (Code: SCT)
• S1 graduate in metallurgical / mining / geology / chemical engineering / chemistry or equivalent with 3 -5 years experience working in coal quality environment.
• Recognize and understand coal quality and standards to analyze coal, for example ISO, ASTM BS etc.
• Statistical Process Control and computer literacy is essential for interpretation the data.
08. SHIFT COORDINATOR QUALITY CONTROL (Code: SCQC)
• Preferably mining engineer or geology (S1 degree) with a minimum 2 years experience in mining operation (preferably in coal quality control or grade control).
• Good knowledge of training and development programs available and the systems and processes to be used to nominate personnel for that training and development.
09. PROJECT ENIGNEER MECHANICAL (Code: PEM)
• Minimum 3 (three) years working experience in mechanical disciplines (preferably coal fire power plant construction /operation, rotating machinery) with sufficient exposure to capital projects.
• Understand project management tools and techniques.
• Knowledge and experience in equipment installation techniques and standards.
• Familiar /experience working in a dynamic project environment.
10. SPECIALIST COMPUTER OPERATION UNIX – DATA CENTER (Code:SCO)
• Have experience and proven skills in administering UNIX (Linux & HPUX) and Windows servers (minimum 3 years) with a broad knowledge in the fields of computing.
• Have good knowledge of UNIX and Windows server operating systems.
• Have a degree in computing or other relevant subjects, and/or holding a relevant certificate(s) from Microsoft or recognized organization in computing services.
