Our company is a fast growing mining company located in Central Kalimantan, is seeking for suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions :
GENERAL MANAGER CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE (GMCM)
Qualifications:
• Male, max 50 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable University.
• Experience at least 5 years on Hauling Road Construction and Maintenance
• Understood for all weather Road Mining Industries
• Strong Leadership, Good Interpersonal and organization skills , Highly motivated, able to work in a team.
• Willing to be located at Site.
MINING OPERATIONAL MANAGER (MOM)
Qualifications:
• Male, max 45 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer from reputable University.
• Experience at least 5 years as Mine Manager (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
• Expert in mine planning, production operations, coal processing, and coal quality control.
• Certified at chief mining (KTT) are preferable.
• Proven experience in managing mine planning teams.
• Good knowledge in Mining Software (SURPAC / MINEX / XPAC).
• Familiar with AMDAL.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent in analytical, problem solving and report writing skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commitment to implement safety and environment regulations.
• Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects and handling multiple tasks.
• Willing to be located at Site.
MINE PLAN ENGINEER (MPE)
Qualifications:
• Male, max 35 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or Geology from reputable University.
• Experience at least 2 years in mine planning.
• Through knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities
• Good knowledge in Mining Software (SURPAC / MINEX / XPAC).
• Understand relevant mining regulation and codes as well as applicable coal - related environment regulation
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to be located at Site.
EXPLORATION MANAGER (EM)
Qualifications :
• Male, max 45 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or Geology from reputable University.
• Experience at least 5 years in Exploration (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
• Good knowledge in Mining Software (SURPAC / MINEX / XPAC).
• Excellent in Mine Design, Mine Schedulling, Project Evaluating & Budgeting
• Highly motivated, strong analytical skills, able to work under pressure and work in a team, good interpersonal and organization skills.
• Willing to be located at Site.
CIVIL ENGINEER (CE)
Qualifications :
• Male, max 40 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable University.
• Experience at least 2 years in construction or mining industry.
• Able to use construction software AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Ms. Project, Visio, Adobe Photoshop
• Capable in budgeting, cost material, manpower and other supporting stuffs in order to build houses, roads, bridges, port and waste treatment.
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to be located at Site.
SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT (SHE)
Qualifications:
• Male, max 40 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable University.
• Understands relevant Indonesian SHE standards.
• Experience at least 2 years in HSE on the same field (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
• Have a minimum POP License for Superintendent, for Supervisor and officer POP Are preferable.
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to be located at Site.
QUALITY CONTROL (QC)
Qualifications:
• Male, max 40 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology.
• Minimum 2 Years site experience as Coal Quality Control.
• Able to operating software Minescape.
• Experience in handling Coal Quality Management & Laboratorium.
• High Level of initiative and results oriented.
• Willing to be located at Site.
BARGING SUPERVISOR (BG)
Qualifications:
• Male, max 40 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable University.
• Experience at least 3 years in Shipping and Barging (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to be located at Site.
