Sales & Marketing Manager (Jakarta)
Qualifications :
• Bachelors in business or engineering and MBA (or equivalent experience and education)
• 7 ~ 10 years of coal sales and marketing experiences, preferably with high value customers in Indonesia and overseas market
• Job experience in PKP2B coal mining company is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience of coal business including product management, pricing, taxes & duties, handling, logistics, infrastructure, regulation, license, permit & approval, permit, tender, sales contract and etc.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Good computer skills
Responsibilities :
• Develop customer relationship in domestic and overseas market
• Prepare sales and business plan
• Prepare and follow up sales contract and tender
• Set up sales management process
• Analyze to report coal market conditions
• Follow up license, permit and approval process for domestic and overseas sales of coal
• Willing to travel to Jambi
Mine Production Superintendent (Site)
Qualification :
• Male, Max. 40 years old
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering/Geology
• Min 5 years experience in similar position – senior level would be an advantege, preferably from coal mining industries
• POM certified would be an advantage
• Proficient in mine planning software (Minex, MineScape, etc)
• Mastering mining software
• Good communication skill in english
• Willing to be placed at Site (Sarolangun – Jambi)
Responsibilities :
• Make Mine Design (Pit, Disposal, Ramp, Layout Infrastructure)
• Make Long-term Mine Planning (Life of Mine, 5 tahunan dan tahunan)
• Socialization detailed Mine Planning to relevant departments
• Make the achievement of design and sequence analysis of mining
• Make control and responsible for the implementation of long-term mine (annual)
• Make reconciliation analysis of coal reserves in each mining period (semester and annual)
• Make the evaluation of achievement of production targets
• Making and reporting periodic analyzes of production achievement (semester and annual)
• Make recommendations on the effectiveness of the strategy production process and the annual work plan
• Make preparation of annual RKAB and RKTTL
• Make a report on the implementation and realization RKAB RKTTL in the semester and annual periods
• Lead the engineering department to carry out all activities with SHE Program
• Make sure that all appropriate and subordinate to the behavior of safe working conditions
• Make a risk analysis of the risks / hazards in each work activity in the scope
Mine Engineer (Site)
Qualification :
• Male, Max. 35 years old
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering/Geology
• Min. 3- 4 years experience in similar position – senior level would be an advantege, preferably from coal mining industries
• Good Skill in English both oral and written
• Able operate mining software (Minescape or Minex)
• SOP certified would be an advantage
• Strong commitment to safety regulation
• Willing to be placed at Site (Sarolangun – Jambi)
Responsibilities :
• Prepare short and long term mine planning and schedulling
• Reconciliation Mineable reserve and update geological modelling
• Prepare document related to government (Quarterly, RKAB,RKTTL Report)
• Review of investment and operational cost from mining, hauling, barging and shiping
Legal Manager (Jakarta)
Qualification :
• Male/Female Max. 40 years old
• Hold Bachelor degree (S-1) in law with minimum GPA 3,00 from reputable university
• Good leadership skill, decisive and dicipline person
• Having min. 5 years experience as a Legal Manager with min. 2 years experience in a coal mining company
• Excellent English and computer literate is a must
• Experienced in obtaining permits and licences, good legal drafting and understand all legal aspect in a coal mining company
• Outstanding ability in communicates with governmental officials
• Good attitude, honest, fast learner, work detail, diligent, energetic, self motivated, hard working, trustworthy and result oriented
• Able to handle multi tasking job
• Willing travel to Jambi
HR & GA Superintendent (Site)
Qualification :
• Male, Max. 35 years old
• Hold Bachelor degree (S-1) in Law or Psychology from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00 from scale 4
• Having min. 3 years experiences as HR & GA in reputable mining companies, preferable from coal mining company
• Understand Labor Law, HR procedure and Policy for mining company
• Understand Payroll, Recruitment and Overtime calculation and Safety
• Good Leadership and Communication skill
• Excellent English is a must
• Proficient in MS office application
• Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal skill
• Able to work independently and to working under the pressure
• Willing to be placed at Site (Sarolangun – Jambi

• Handling all HR & GA job and functions at Site

Business Development Manager (Jakarta)
Qualification :
• Bachelors in business or engineering and MBA (or equivalent experience and education)
• 8-10 years of relevant job experience in power and coal infrastructure, preferably business development work
• Solid knowledge in financing modeling and funding structures
• Solid knowledge in regulation and legal practices
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Good computer skills
Responsibilities :
• Develop business relationship with various stakeholders in Energy and Infrastructure sector
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and solution partners
• Analyze to report market and business conditions
• Prepare information memorandum and presentation materials
• Prepare cost analysis and financial projection
• Follow up business license, permit and approval process
• Willing to travel to Jambi
