A medium size foreign upstream oil and gas company is looking for suitable candidate for the following position:
1. GENERAL MANAGER (Code : GM)
• Reporting to the Board of Directors of Site Company;
• Employed under the project in Indonesia;
• Responsible for operational and technical management of the existing oil and gas assets of the Company in Indonesia;
• Pre-requisites include:
- minimum 20 years experience in upstream oil and gas operation with the lastS years in the GM position in Indonesia is preferred;
- good written and spoken English;
-able to demonstrate success leading, managing and motivating local workforce;
- deep experience in MNC environments; -
- proven ability to build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
2. FINANCE MANAGER (Code : FM)
• Reporting to the General Manager;
• Employed under the project In Indonesia;
• Responsible for managing all financIal and accounting aspects of the Company’s assets in Indonesia, handling all statutory requirements to the relevant Government Institutions including tax, formula,ticig budget and all other financial reporting required by local petroleum authorities, and ensuring the deliveryof timely and ac uxate financial data for management decision at local and group level.
• Pre-requisites Include:
- a university degree In finance/accounting;
- minimum 10 years experience with knowledge of TAC/PSC regime and tax framework, in whIch 2-3 years should be in a similar position;
- extensive experience in upstream oil and gas is preferred;
• good written and spoken English;
- excellent in problem solving, analytical and administrative skills, coaching and leadership skills in developing the accounting and finance team;
- experience in liaising with Pertamina / BP Migas and other relevant Government authorities.
3. SENIOR — GEOLOGIST I GEOPHYSICIST (Code : SG)
• Reporting to the Board of Directors of the Company, the candidate’s responsibilities lnclude:
- handling sub-surface Geological and Geophysical Issues on the exploration and exploitation assets available in ASEAN region;
- performing technical due diligence on potential acquisition;
- to be assigned as the Head of G&G department of the Company.
• Pre-requisites include:
more than 20 years working experience In exploration and exploitation of oil and gas assets in ASEAN region;
- extensive experience in seismic interpretation, exploitation and development of oil and gas assets is preferred;
• fluent in written and spoken English;
