1. DATA MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Responsible for ensuring data service requirements are met, providing the technical leadership, guidance, support, and be able to deliver data management projects.

Job description:
- Ensuring data service requirements are met
- Report to the IT&S Data Manager
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support in one or more areas for data management support activities
- Deliver data management projects for various technical functions across upstream business

Requirement : 
Bachelor degree in geosciences or engineering or equivalent upstream industry experience with 5+ years experience performing technical data management in one of the following Upstream data domains

2. DEPUTY DEVELOPMENTS PROJECT RISK MANAGER

Support project line management in delivery of company’s HSSE requirement

Job description : 
- Work with project leadership to take action to develop and maintain culture and behaviors that enable safe, responsible and reliable projects
- Develop HSSE expectations and requirements for projects
-Promote standardization and simplification of HSSE plans, processes and procedures

Requirements : 
- Bachelor degree in Engineering from reputable university
- 15 years relevant work experience, within major Oil and Gas company
- Hold NEBOSH or equvalent qualification
- Experienced in delivering to, or exceeding company HSE expectations on multi billion dollar projects
- Experienced with construction and large operation within multi-disciplinary teams and third party service providers
- Able to manage brownfield work scopes and understanding of how major accident risk criteria can be used to plan safe execution


3. PIPELINE PSCM SPECIALIST

Supports delivery of sourcing activities related to pipelines for a capital project and implementation of contracting strategy.

Job description : 
- Co-ordinates scheduling and preparation for contracting governance process for project.
- Co-ordinates contracting process development - leads negotiation and execution of contracts and purchase orders, consulting HSSE, finance and legal specialists as required.
- Engages end users and provides guidance on PSCM process and risk management
- Develops and facilitate procurement process, demand management and market approach
- Maintains relationship with external parties e.g BPMIGAS, other PSC

Requirements: 
- Bachelor degree in Engineering with 8 years working experience in Procurement & Supply Chain Management
- Having good knowledge of Procurement Process
- PTK 007 BPMIGAS certification is must

4. GPF LEAD - PROCUREMENT AND EXECUTION

Ensures delivery of all sourcing activities for a capital project. Leads implementation of contracting strategy and plan in alignment with established sector strategies.

Job description : 
- Advises on major contracting-related risks for project
- Co-ordinates scheduling and preparation for contracting governance process (e.g. contracts committee) for project
- Leads development of sub-plans that comprise the project execution plan
- Leads implementation of contracting strategy and plan in alignment with established category strategies
- Maintains relationship with external parties e.g BPMIGAS, other PSC

Requirements : 
- Bachelor degree in engineering
- Having 10-12 years working experience in Procurement & Supply Chain Management
- Having good knowledge of Procurement Process
- PTK 007 BPMIGAS certification is an advantage
