In order to manage the continued regional growth we require the following high calibre individual for our Indonesia/SE Asia business, to be based in Jakarta.

Recruitment Consultant is required to take responsibility for the recruitment process, from generating business to successfully delivering results by placing candidates with our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Successfully placing candidates with our clients and arranging billing for our services on a regular basis.
• Searching for new clients as well as maintaining relationships with our existing clients.
• Receiving, logging and advertising of new enquiries from clients, using both company s channels and external advertising media.
• Searching, screening and identifying candidates through existing contacts/advertising roles/headhunting as well as communicating with clients accordingly.
• Liasing and coordinating between clients and candidates regarding any required supporting administration work necessary to complete the recruitment process.
• Negotiating rate/salaries for candidates closing of permanent/contract placements, and set up of contracts along with ongoing contracts administration.
• Conducting post placement reviews and following company procedures.
• Business development, canvassing and networking opportunities to supply personnel to companies within key sectors, oil and gas, petrochemical, general engineering.
• When required contractor care including payroll enquiries, contract extensions and rate reviews.
• Where necessary provide “account management” to ensure effective service is provided to our clients.
• Managing administering and continuing the development of the company s database for both candidates and clients.
• Recruiting for both permanent and contract (outsourced business) opportunities.
• Conducting periodic business and review meetings with clients.
• Reviewing operational performance and reporting to management.
• Work to agreed KPI s (Key Performance Indicators).
• Supporting Senior staff and Management in developing opportunities, including preparation of various types of data, on occasion, in both permanent and contract (outsourced business).


Requirements:
• Diploma degree or Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Min 3 years of working experience related to recruitment preferably for technical positions.
