Qualifications:
1. Experiences in many years in the same field with position applied
2. Having educational background related with position applied
3. Preferable 25 – 30 years old (for positions 3, 4, 5, 6, and 10)
4. Preferable 30 – 35 years old (for positions 1, 2, 7, 8, and 9)
5. Capable in Minex,Surpac, and Minescape (for positions 1, 2, 3, and 4)
6. Having POM (for positions 1, 2, 8, and 9)
7. Preferable having POP (for positions 3, 4, 5, and 10)
8. Preferable having experience in mining industry
