Currently we are looking for a Local Indonesian for below positions :

1. Lead-Commercial and Compliance

Overview 
The individual is responsible for coordinating, collating and writing of quality bids for the company. He/She must professionally tailor the bids to the requirements of each individual client by use of extensive market intelligence research, liaison with internal and external key stakeholders and project managing the bid process end to end on own initiative. He/she will help translate the operational practice and procedures into proposals that sell the business within the market place.
The individual is also responsible for all in-house compliance in line with ISO9001 requirements which covers all processes internally from recruitment through to Global Mobility.

Responsibilities: 
- Responsible for producing quality bids and tenders adhering to company’s process and guidelines and the timely submission of all bids and tenders
- Responsible for all post bid review and analysis
- Responsible for the compliance of all internal processes in line with ISO 9001-2008 requirements.
- Manage direct reports, providing guidance and leadership when appropriate


Qualifications:
- Having experience of working in a similar environment with a minimum of 2-3 years in a bid role (either bid submission or bid review)
- Having excellent writing and communication skills in English is vital.
- Have a Self-driven and able to manage pressure

2. Senior Consultant – Global Mobility (SME Employment Law)

Overview 
The role of Senior Consultant – Global Mobility requires an individual to support compliance and service delivery on select key accounts along with providing a high level of logistical and migration support throughout Indonesia.
The role will ensure compliance with immigration legislation, whilst providing in-country support for a variation of circumstances; this can include but is not limited to accommodation, pre-assignment screening, transport and health. Additionally there will be a level of responsibility for supporting, monitoring and reporting on business development and account management activity and progress.
This role also requires an individual to support employment legislation delivery for Indonesia. This individual shall be responsible for coordinating, educating and monitoring legislation delivery across Indonesia.

Responsibilities: 
• Facilitate complete contractual activities for consultants in a compliant, timely and supportive manner
• Provide concise, quality customer service support to the clients and consultants in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage project assignment enquiries and feedback by providing workable solutions
• Perform administrative duties as required.
• Facilitate complete regional and local relocation activities for consultants in a cost effective and timely manner
• Process immigration and contract requirements for Indonesia
• Provide concise, quality customer service support to the clients and consultants in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage project assignment enquiries and feedback by providing workable solutions
• Facilitate the employment legislation knowledge within the Indonesian Team

Qualifications:
- Having experience of working in a similar environment with a minimum of 6 years in a HR Generalist & Industrial Relation
- HR Certified and Full understanding of the Indonesia Manpower Law is Important
- Having excellent writing and communication skills in English is vital.
- Have a Teamwork and able to manage pressure

3. QHSSE MANAGER

Overview:
The QHSSE Manager is responsible for ensuring company’s QHSSE policies and standards are fully implemented and sustained in all areas of responsibility. The position requires strong strategic and analytical thinking. Typically this role will covers a range of facilities and/or business units in an area or country within a geographical region

Responsibilities: 
- Subject-matter-expert regarding company’s Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (QHSE) management programs Ensure applicable QHSSE regulations, policies and standards are fully implemented and sustained across all areas of responsibility.
- Supervise Q and HSSE Senior Advisors and other staff (as required)
- Conduct trend analysis of all QHSSE related statistical data; identify areas for improvement
- Develop, implement and manage audit program(s) to ensure compliance with company QHSSE policies and standards, as well as, regional, country, area, regulatory and client requirements; identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Having experience as QHSSE role with a minimum of 12 years
- Familiar with API Q2
- Quality Assurance qualifications. Lead auditor (18001, 14001).
- Ability to collaborate with others and have good team building skills
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- Ability to analyze and trend statistical data
- Thorough knowledge of HSSE regulatory/legal requirements in the area of operation
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to communicate with large groups of people

4. FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

This role is responsible for the efficient operation, management and direction of the finance team. You will be part of a professional and motivated management team with a key focus on growing our business in Indonesia. Your role will be to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function and to breed the culture within finance as being a key business partner to the business. As well as the core finance function you will be a senior leader of the Indonesia business charged with supporting the Indonesia Country Manager to shape the future direction of the business.

Responsibilities:
• Split of the role being 50% core finance and 50% working with the business on the strategic direction of the Indonesia business
• Overseeing the finance function to ensure delivery of all work required within the country, regional and corporate deadlines
• Ensuring internal controls are effective and efficient
• Responsible for ensuring all compliance (tax, stat) is completed within the Corporate and External deadlines
• Ensuring that the Indonesia businesses are fully compliant with tax, USGAAP and IFRS
• Responsible for setting the strategic direction of the finance team including but not limited to looking for efficiencies across the finance function
• Member of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for helping set the strategic direction of the Indonesia business
• Working closely with the Indonesia Country Manager on forecast, budgets and rolling out new initiatives across the business

Qualifications:
- Degree qualified in business/finance/accounting & with CPA (Certified Public Accountant) / CA (Chartered Accountant) qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience with a minimum of 7 years commercial accounting experience in Indonesia gained from working within a multi-national company
- A strategic thinker with the ability to quickly analyze and understand business issues, requirements and develop appropriate business solutions
- Proven team management (supervisory) experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent presentation skills
- Excellent numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced MS Excel experience
- Ability to liaise with all levels within the organization
- Candidates from the oil and gas industry and who have at some point in their career obtained experience from a top tier CA firm will have an added advantage

5. CONTRACT COMMERCIAL MANAGER

This role is to support a project with contractual and commercial oversight over the relevant contractual and commercial project functional groups to ensure contract compliance, overall commercial integrity and timely delivery. Act as the contract and commercial liaison between the functional groups and the Project Director/Manager in order to provide him or her with factual information and accurate data. Provide appropriate support and guidance to the Project Director/Manager and the project team for the effective management and administration of the Prime Contract and interaction with the Client consistent with McDermott’s practices and procedural guidelines. Reports directly to the Project Director/Manager who has overall responsibility for delivery of the project within the required cost and schedule constraints. The Contracts Commercial Manager receives functional direction and support from the AEA Senior Contracts Manager who in turn receives direction from the AEA Director of Project Controls and Senior Director, Projects and Operations.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all Contracts and commercial aspects of the Project, in liaison with the Project Director/Manager.
• Manage and supervise all Contract project kick-off activities, including Insurance Certificates, Bank Guarantees, Parent Company Guarantees, Contract document review, preparation of Contract summary, Contract required notices Lists, Deliverables lists, Flow down Requirements, and Responsibilities Matrix, which are due in the first 30 days of Contract Award. Conduct Contract Review Kick-off meeting with Project team to promote contract awareness and interpretation to support project implementation.
• Develops and implements all relevant project management Contractual and Commercial procedures.
• Maintaining appropriate Contract records.
• Primary Project Liaison with Legal and Insurance to provide guidance to Project Director/Manager and Team for any associated issues.
• Prepare all Contractual and commercial correspondence.
• Assists Project Director/Manager and Project Controls Manager in the management of the Project Risk Register
• Performs all Contract and Commercial management functions for Project Director/Manager
• Takes the lead to develop, manage and negotiate all Project Change/Variation Proposals with the Client, including any disputes or claims (Project Director/Manager is second line of Company Defense). This includes evaluating cost and schedule impacts.
• Ensures that project monthly reports reflect an accurate position on all Contract and Commercial issues.
• Manages all contractual and commercial aspects of Project Close-out.

Qualifications:
• Has extensive experience in very large and complex lump sum projects in either Offshore, Subsea or Onshore.
• Undertakes ad-hoc contractual and commercial assignments and initiatives.
• Assists in the development of procedures, guidelines and standard contract terms.
• Provides contract management training for all project personnel
• Minimum of 10 years working experience with clients in Offshore, Subsea, and Onshore Oil, Gas and related projects.
• Fluent in the creation and editing of all Microsoft Office Suite documents.
• Foster an environment of teamwork to maintain high group morale and cooperation.
• Ability to multi-task, with excellent organizational and time management skills to achieve project goals.
• Excellent Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

6. SITE MANAGER

Qualification:
- Has extensive experience as Site management experience
- Has Experience High Voltage switchyard
- Familiarity with 150KV Outdoor switchgear
- Engineering Qualification
- Having 10 Plus Years’ experience in High Voltage
- Ability to Co-Ordinate Subcontractors
- Available immediately

7. Indonesia Finance Lead

Responsibilities:
Tax
- Ensure Tax Compliance in all business-related tax
- Timely turnaround to tax issues and investigations
- Ensuring needed tax certificates are available from clients/to vendors
- Review of taxes computation provided by tax agents
- Liaison with local tax/audit authorities
- Provide tax insights to possible tax exposure in bids/tenders, if needed

Finance
- Point of contact for local Indonesian Finance to Singapore team
- Review day-to-day local finance operational activities
- Review invoicing/rejected invoices at frontline
- Review through all submitted payment requests where tax related

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Finance Accounting and qualification in Tax Certification
- Minimum 2 years of tax experience in tax firms and preferably with 1-2 years of experience in general accounting
- Well verse with the Indonesian tax regime
- Manage local team of 2-3
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
