As for Bawana Resources Services, we are currently managing about 2,000 personnels all over Indonesia. We employs Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Drilling Supervisors, Subsea Pipeline Specialists, HSE Specialists, Logistics Consultants, Cost Controllers, Document Controllers, IT Supports, IT Analysts, IT Programmers, as well as administrative positions for our clients.

Currently we are looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position: (Surabaya area)
 
1. SENIOR DRILLING SUPERVISOR
 
Responsibility and Scope of Work
 

Plan, organize , direct, coordinate and manage the actual implementation of COMPANY’s planned development drilling program in accordance with the approved program and accepted procedures, practices and standards with the specific objective of achieving operating optimum costs and safety of personnel, property and environment.
It also includes undertaking technical assessment to trouble shoot major technical problems occurred during the development activities.
 
The scope of work shall include but not limited to the followings.
 

1. Participation in development of program for cost effective drilling systems;
2. Co-ordination & control of company hired rig & other service contractor’s equipment, personnel & services for efficient drilling operations;
3. Monitoring work in adherence with quality control, safety and environmental guidelines;
4. Planning & mobilising material, equipment and services required for scheduled drilling program;
5. Ensuring that all the personnel operate in an efficient and professional manner and study their operational reports as per the standards established by the operator;
6. Co-ordinating with management on daily progress and ensuring the compliance with scheduled deadlines;
7. Co-ordinating & monitoring rig site operations carried out by offshore drilling rig using all other services in accordance with the company provided plans/programs;
8. Interfacing with the supply bases and internal logistics team;
9. Day to day liaison with Senior Drilling Engineers, Environmental Management, Drilling Superintendents & Logistics Coordinator at onshore office, with regards to material and personnel movement requirements;
10. Achieving a smooth, safe & incident free operation on rig;
11. Preparation of DDR (Daily Drilling Report) & cost sheet;
12. Checking and maintaining records of job ticket prepared by third party vendors for invoicing;
13. Strictly following cost control methods;
14. Implementing drilling fluids program;
15. Preparing look ahead program and following; and
16. Assisting with draft preparation of the EOWR, capture and application of lessons learned.

 
Minimum Requirement
 

1. Age limit maximum sixty (60) years old.
2. Minimum of 15 years drilling industry experience
3. At least worked 3 years as Night DSV and of this at least 2 years offshore.
4. At least worked 5 years as Senior DSV and of this at least 4 years offshore.
5. At least 2 years worked as Drilling Engineer.
6. Has worked at least 3 years with a major International Oil Company (Shell, Total, BG, BP, XOM, Chevron, Woodside or equivalent), or PETRONAS.
7. Has international (outside own geographic region) working experience for a minimum of 3 years. Alternatively has worked in South East Asia for a minimum of 3 years. Alternatively a combination of the aforementioned requirements.
8. IWCF Supervisor combined subsea and surface stack certificate.
9. Have valid International Well Control Certificate (IWCF) and Ahli Pengendali Bor (APB) MIGAS Certificate covering for the well operation campaign duration.
10. Have valid offshore safety passport (T-BOSIET)
11. Excellent in English language - written and spoken fluently
12. Excellent knowledge of hydraulic drilling rigs
13. Excellent knowledge directional development well drilling
14. Experience in Development wells operation
15. Excellent knowledge of well operations
16. HNDID3 academic degree or equivalent
17. Experience in ERD, well unloading and completion operation.
18. Experience in Coring, Casing Drilling and MPD operation
19. Experience in WBM, SBM and any other treated water based mud system in drilling operation


 
2. DRILLING SUPERVISOR

3. WELLSITE GEOLOGIST
 
Responsibility and Scope of Work
 

Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and manage the actual implementation of COMPANY’s planned development drilling program in accordance with the approved program and accepted procedures, practices and standards with the specftc objective of achieving operating optimum costs and safety of personnel, property and environment. 
It also includes undertaking technical assessment to trouble shoot major technical problems related to geological activity and interpretation occurred during the development activities.
 
The scope of work shall include but not limited to the followings.
 

1. Evaluating offset data before the start of drilling
2. Comparing data gathered during drilling with predictions made at the offset well operation.
3. Taking full responsibility for making decisions about suspending or continuing drilling;
4. Advising operations personnel on-site and in the operations office related to geological activities.
5. Acting, in effect, as the representative of the offshore oil company geology team
6. Keeping detailed records, writing reports, completing daily, weekly and post-well reporting logs and sending these to appropriate departments and COMPANY’s Drilling Superintendent and Drilling Manager
7. Supervision of Mud Logging and well unloading activities on rig site offshore
8. Cuttings and samples lithological description and sample storage
9. Supervision, daily and other periodical reporting, MasterLog data check, supervision of hydrocarbon and H2S readings, mud logging equipment regular testing
10. Assist on casing and coring point decision
11. Revise well correlations iflwhen requested
12. Supervise and assist in coring operations. Prepare relevant documentation
13. Supervise/witness LWD and WL logging data acquisition.
14. Responsible of quality control check and deliverables preparation in any related geological activity.
15. Actively interface drilling staff on rig site (SDSV, DSV & Drilling Superintendent) to advise on subsurface related matters.
16. Full understanding of pore pressure and fracture gradient estimates and communication of any deviation from prognosed to the wellsite drilling team and operations geologist.
17. Review of all drilling risks prior to each hole section and effectively communicating these to the drilling team at the wellsite. ’No Drilling Surprises’ is a key driver in COMPANY operations.
18. Populate the Wellsite Data Book with significant operational events and any associated NPT.
19. Specific experience is required in understanding borehole instability issues and the collation of all geologically related data including hydrocarbon shows.
20. Capture Lessons Learnt in Wellsite Data Book
21. Supervision and quality assurance of all LWD and Wireline Services.
22. Ensure that all real-time subsurface data is available to all authorised parties.
23. Support drilling team with information on formation changes and assist in bit trip decisions.
24. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of MWD (measuring while drilling) tools, such as gamma and resistivity, as geosteering becomes increaSingly important.
25. Communicating regularly with onshore operations offices.
26. Check contractor’s performances

 
Minimum Requirement
 

1. Must be Indonesian with age between 34 to 50 years old.
2. Minimum 8 years of industry experience which 5 years of experience as Wellsite geologis.t
3. Direct experience in offshore well operations.
4. Have excellent knowledge of geology in siliciclastics and carbonates.
5. Experience in fracture carbonate reservoir and well with high temperature.
6. Strong background in the theory and practical application of pore pressure prediction is required.
7. Must be able to operate the Geologger full suite software
8. Regional experience from Offshore Java (Madura Offshore) is preferred.
9. Minimum of 3 years experience in drilling with ERD and horizontal wells.
10. Experience in Development wells operation.
11. Bachelor Degree in Earth Science or Geology or similar from university.
12. Very good knowledge of English language essential.
13. Computer Literate. Familiarity with geological software packages.
14. Have valid offshore safety passport (T-BOSIET).

 
4. SAFETY HEALTH OFFICER
 
Responsibility, Scope of Work and Minimum Requirement
 

1. A recognized suitable technical degree - preferably in engineering or science, complimented with a recognised OSH or HSE professional certificate (i.e: SHO, NEBOSH, IOSH, AK3 Umum, AK3 Migas).
2. Have minimum 5 years experience in HSE field, specifically in Oil & Gas industry, with at least minimum 3 years exposure in upstream field.
3. Have a good understanding and well-verse with standard international guideline and practice for offshore drilling operation, familiar with PETRONAS Carigali requirement will be an advantage;
4. Familiar with supply/marine base, warehouse operation environment, familiar with offshore logistics management will be an advantage;
5. Have a good skill to communicate and encourage regarding HSE promotion and awareness
6. Proficient in English - converse, reading and writing;
7. Computer literacy - Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power point, Ms Project
8. Be able to work independently, under minimal supervision;
9. Willing to be relocated to Rig full time for the entire project duration.

 
5. MATERIAL COORDINATOR
 
Responsibility, Scope of Work and Minimum Requirement
 

1. Oversee and manage day-to-day activities of materials movements to and from the offshore drilling rig, and in and out of the shore base.
2. Assisting the Drilling Representatives in the preparation of load-out lists for each hole sections.
3. Co-ordinate & liaise with vendors/ supplier to get the materials to be delivered to the logistic base on time as per schedule.
4. Coordinating with rig DMC and marine department for the smooth and safe shipping of the materials.
5. Schedule and publish vessel load out lists in accordance with rig requirements and as per the five days look ahead.
6. Movement of drilling materials, to and from offshore locations within requested timeframe and deadline.
7. Prepare and submit cargo manifests ensuring correct documentation is attached for all lifting equipment, MSDS and any IMO dangerous goods declarations.
8. Create shipping documents for offshore cargo and onshore cargo (load lists, cargo manifests)
9. Responsible for the administration of all inventory items held in stock or on consignment.
10. Maintaining the register of all rental equipment and tools mobilized for the project.
11. Ensuring the use of a register of all Materials Safety Data sheets for all hazardous products handled on the base.
12. Co-ordinate with QAlQC for the inspection of new materials. Makeup of assemblies.
13. Reviewing purchase order receiving documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills. Contacts vendors to resolve any discrepancies.
14. Ensuring that Materials shall be received, inspected, handled and stored in such a manner which shall ensure that their quality and value are preserved in accordance with the original specification, to meet operational requirements
15. Performs complete or partial inventories as required to validate inventory records.
16. Develop, implement and maintain necessary forms for control and traceability of materials and equipment as required for the operations.
17. Schedule and perform accurate physical counts for reconciliation against the inventory system.
18. Responsible for full stock control and availability of stocked items.
19. Supervise and maintain material and equipment identification and marking control system for the warehouse.
20. Determine and maintain appropriate stock levels.
21. Assure proper storage and handling of Company assets.
22. Ensure proper storage systems of all items received.
23. Minimum 3 years experience of Drilling/completion material knowledge.
24. Minimum 2 years of inventory management and supply chain management experiences.
25. Minimum 7 years total experience in oil and gas drilling and completion operations.
26. Hold diploma degree or equivalent.
27. Have worked experience in big operator company who deals with both development and exploration phases.
28. Excellent in English (written and spoken fluently).
29. Ability to do multi-tasking in dynamic multi-cultural environment
30. Able to operate Microsoft suites (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel & Ms. Power Point).
31. Excellent knowledge about well operation.

 
6. QA/QC ENGINEER
 
Responsibility, Scope of Work and Minimum Requirement
 

1. Minimum 7 years experiences in oil and gas industry with at least 5 years experiences in QA/QC related to drilling and completions operations.
2. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar from university.
3. Have worked experience in big operator company who deals with both development and exploration phases.
4. Have worked experience in big operator company who deals with both development and exploration phases.
5. Personnel must be familiar, fully trained, certified and have and clear understanding and working knowledge of DS-1 Standards, and must have the support from the owner/company of DS-1 Standards as evidenced by an original supporting letter from said owner/company of OS-1 Standards, dated within the last six (6) months from November 2014. All certificates and original supporting letter shall be submitted for COMPANY references.
6. To inspect the procedures as per the QA/QC Standard and to implement QA/QC for all COMPANY’s designation on inspection point.
7. Update the projects and its business within the strict compliance of the "Quality System" standards and procedures as set out by COMPANY.
8. Provide on-going assessment of work quality within the procedure laid down along with having the necessary documentation, reports and handover submittals.
9. Maintain a good working relationship with the COMPANY and earn respect through a professional approach and a quality controlled performance.
10. Verification of effectiveness and adequacy of QC including corrective action by monitoring Quality activities at the inspection site.
11. Prepare daily and weekly QAlQC report and distribute to COMPANY’s designation positions.
